Hey there!

I'm Rylie

C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist

After starting my own yoga journey, I discovered that yoga not only is a way to exercise, but is an ancient healing art designed to transform our mind and heart, leading to healing and remembering wholeness.

Through using the lens of yoga, I have experienced both personally and with the hundreds of clients I've worked with over the years out of feelings of hopelessness and anxiety into a life of peace, purpose, and possibility. All while learning to live a life in harmony with the cycles of nature.

I am a certified yoga therapist here to help you on your journey! I use an individualized approach to help you and your uniqueness use the tools of yoga to create a personal yoga practice for you to transform your being to wholeness.

Modern life pulls us out of rhythm.

We move too fast.
We override signals.
We live in our heads while our bodies quietly carry the load.

Over time, the nervous system adapts by staying alert, braced, or shut down — and we lose our natural sense of timing, rest, and internal safety.

You may notice:

  • Feeling tense, stressed, or exhausted, and burned out

  • Difficulty slowing down, even when you want to

  • Disconnection from your body or emotions

  • A sense of not feeling like yourself and nothing seems to help

Your aren't broken.

Your body and nervous system is responding intelligently to its environment.

Regulation isn’t something you force —
it’s something that emerges when the body feels safe enough to soften.

Nature already knows this rhythm.
Your nervous system remembers it.

A Somatic Return to Natural Rhythms

My work supports nervous system regulation through slow, embodied, adaptive yoga therapy — guided by:

  • Breath as a regulator of state

  • Movement that responds to sensation, not shape

  • Stillness that feels safe, not imposed

  • Seasonal rhythms that mirror the body’s need for change

We work with the body’s cues, allowing regulation to arise organically rather than trying to “fix” or override symptoms.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about listening more clearly.
